YogaNurse® Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to YogaNurse® programs and trainings (“Programs”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Program, product or resource, you (“Student,” “Participant,” or “You”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), which form a binding agreement between you and YogaNurse®

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or access the Programs.

2. Intellectual Property & License to Use

• All content (videos, PDFs, assignments, images, and materials) is proprietary to YogaNurse® and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program solely for your own education and professional development.
• You may not share, distribute, reproduce, sell, post, or otherwise make the content available to others without our express written permission.
• Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

• If you purchase a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of course completion or participation.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and/or collection efforts.
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes may be added based on your jurisdiction.

4. YogaNurse® Good Karma Guarantee – Refund Policy

We believe in the quality, integrity, and benefits of YogaNurse® training, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Conditional Refund for all digital programs except LIVE training programs.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you feel the Program has not provided value for your nursing career, self-care, or patient care. 

This 30 Day Refund does not apply to live training sessions such as the CYN program and live mentoring or coaching sessions in person, over the phone or online via video conferencing software.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Complete and submit at least one assignment within the 30-day refund window.
2. Engage with the course by logging in and reviewing at least the first module within the 30-day window.
3. Submit your refund request in writing to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Important Notes

• Certificates & Contact Hours: If you have already received any completion certificate(s) and/or Contact Hours, you are not eligible for a refund.
• Administrative Fee: Approved refunds are processed minus a $37 USD administrative fee.
• No Partial Refunds: For payment plans, the guarantee applies only to the first 30 days after the initial payment. After that period, remaining payments must be completed.
• Processing Time: Refunds (if approved) are issued back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Our courses include proprietary, copyrighted content that is immediately accessible upon enrollment. This policy ensures fairness for all students while protecting our intellectual property.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Scope of Practice

YogaNurse® Programs are designed to be safe, therapeutic, and gentle. Our curriculum is developed and presented by qualified medical and nursing professionals, integrating evidence-based practices with yoga and holistic care principles.

Participation in our Programs does not constitute a medical diagnosis, prescription, or individualized treatment plan. The techniques and approaches taught are for educational purposes only and must be applied within the legal and professional scope of practice applicable to your location and credentials.

Your responsibilities include:

• Verifying the laws, regulations, and scope-of-practice guidelines in your state, province, or country before integrating YogaNurse® techniques into patient care or any medical setting.
• Obtaining any licenses, insurance coverage, or institutional permissions required by your jurisdiction or workplace.
• Applying all practices safely and appropriately, considering each participant’s health status and limitations.

YogaNurse® and its affiliates are not responsible for outcomes resulting from improper application of the material, nor for any professional liability you may incur. By enrolling, you agree to take full responsibility for your use of the information provided.

6. Continuing Education Disclosures

Some YogaNurse® Programs may offer nursing continuing education contact hours through an accredited provider of nursing professional development. The exact number of contact hours varies by Program and will be disclosed within the course materials.

Typical criteria for awarding contact hours include:

• Completion of 100% of required online modules
• Submission of the course post-evaluation
• Meeting any additional requirements stated within the specific Program

Conflict of Interest Disclosure: No one in a position to control the content of this activity has a relevant financial relationship with an ineligible company.

7. Technology & Access

• You are responsible for having the technology (computer, internet, software) required to participate.
• We are not responsible for your inability to access due to technical issues on your device, connection, or environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogaNurse® and its operators are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your participation. Programs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions (including the Refund Policy). You understand that your access constitutes a personal license and does not transfer any ownership rights.
